Lounge in our cabanas while enjoying poolside delicacies made exclusively for you by our resident chef, Nick Calias, alongside his friends (who happen to be some of the best chefs in New England). 100% of the proceeds from each tasting this summer will go to Share Our Strength, No Kid Hungry.


"Boston’s chef community is pretty strong and part of that strength comes from everyone’s diverse backgrounds and our love of cooking. I was chatting with a couple of chef buddies about cooking together and potentially doing a pop up on the roof (the rooftop pool at The Colonnade Hotel). But it needed to be more than us just collaborating on the roof deck. There needed to be a message behind it. At that point, it was clear, we as chefs have a strong passion for cooking and entertaining but one of our driving forces is that we want to feed everyone, especially children. SOS is a great organization that helps in the fight to end children hunger. It just so happens that many of the chefs that agreed to take part in the series, just participated in the Taste of Nations event benefitting S.O.S. As a Dad, it’s a topic that particularly resonates with me and along with the fellow chefs – this was the perfect opportunity to make a difference."   Chef Nick Calias
