What time is Check In / Check Out?
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and Check-out is 11:00 AM.
Do you offer High Speed Internet Access?
Yes, we offer complimentary ULTRA high speed wireless internet access. We have an uncapped 200 MB symmetrical enterprise class connection throughout all guest rooms and public spaces at the hotel, including the Roof Top Pool.
What do I need in order to check in to The Colonnade Hotel?
All guests checking into The Colonnade Hotel will need a credit card and valid identification.
Who should I contact about making a change to my reservation?
If you booked directly through The Colonnade Hotel website or by calling the hotel, you may call the hotel directly at 617-424-7000. If you made your reservation on a website other than the hotel, you'll need to contact the booking agent/website that you made your initial booking with.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received by 3 PM Eastern Time at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a fee of one night's room and tax.
Do you provide ADA compliant accommodations?
Yes, we offer accessible rooms. To reserve an accessible room, please request availability at the time of booking. We provide a description of our accessible rooms on the booking page of our website and HERE.
Does the hotel allow smoking?
Our hotel and public areas are designated SMOKE FREE according to the laws of the City of Boston. A $500 remediation fee will be applied to your bill for smoking in the guest rooms.
Are pets allowed at The Colonnade Hotel?
Absolutely! The Colonnade is one of the most accommodating pet-friendly hotels in Boston, with plenty of services and amenities specifically for our four-legged guests. Learn more about our VIPets program and specific pet policies.
May I ship packages to the hotel prior to arrival?
Yes, we gladly accept delivery for guest pick-up. The first package is complimentary. Each additional package is $5.00 each with a limit of 4 packages per person. Any packages delivered more than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged $5.00 per package, per night. Packages are subject to a size and weight restriction. Please contact the hotel at 1-617-424-7000 prior to your arrival for assistance with these services.

How much is our Facility Fee?
The Colonnade charges a daily Facilities Fee of $30 plus tax per room per day.

Do you offer a fitness facility?

What are your housekeeping services?

TRANSPORTATION & PARKING
Do you offer parking at the hotel?
The hotel offers self-parking on floors 2-3 by the hour (rate varies) and $70.00 overnight. Pricing is subject to change without notice and subject to availability. Please NOTE: The hotel's on-site parking garage can accommodate vehicles up to 6' 4" in height. There are numerous public parking garages within walking distance that accommodate taller vehicles.

How close is public transportation?
The Prudential Center Green Line T Stop is located directly outside the hotel's front door (just steps away).
Will the hotel arrange transportation?
Our Concierge will gladly assist you with airport transportation, limousines, taxis, and car rentals.
How do I get to the hotel?
Our concierge staff would be delighted to arrange transportation for you from Logan International Airport. A taxi or ride services app typically cost approximately $40 - $50 to/from Logan.
Directions to The Colonnade Hotel
Directions From the Airport to Our Copley Square Hotel:
Follow signs from the airport for Boston/Sumner Tunnel
At the end of the Sumner Tunnel, move into the left lane and merge onto I-93N
Follow I-93N to Exit 26 – Cambridge/Storrow Drive
Follow Storrow Drive to the Copley Square/Back Bay Exit (The 2nd left hand exit)
At the traffic light, turn right onto Beacon Street
Follow Beacon Street 4 blocks and turn left onto Exeter Street
Follow Exeter Street until it ends and turn right onto Huntington Avenue
Follow Huntington Avenue through the 1st set of lights
Make a U-turn at the 2nd set of lights (The hotel will be on your left hand side at this set of lights)
Once you make the U-turn, the hotel entrance will be immediately on your right hand side
The garage entrance is located on the left side of the hotel as you are facing the front of the hotel.
Directions From the Back Bay AMTRAK Station:
Exit to the Right on Dartmouth St toward Stuart Street 354 ft
Turn left at MA-9/Stuart St
Continue to follow MA-9/Stuart Street 0.2 mi
Turn right toward Huntington Ave/MA-9 89 ft
Stay left on Huntington Ave/MA-9
Our hotel near Back Bay Amtrak Station will be on the right after Lucca restaurant
From the West:
Follow the Massachusetts Turnpike/Route I-90E to Exit 22 - Copley Square/Prudential
Stay in the left lane and follow signs for “Prudential”
This exit will place you directly onto Huntington Avenue
Proceed through the stop sign and merge into the far left lane
Make a U-turn at the 1st set of lights (The hotel will be on your left hand side at this set of lights)
Once you make the U-turn, the hotel entrance will be immediately on your right hand side
The garage entrance is located on the left side of the hotel as you are facing the front of the hotel.
Directions From Worcester and Fitchburg (Route 2E):
Follow Route 2E to Exit 52A – Route 95S/Route 128S
Follow Route 95S/Route 128S for 7 miles to Exit 25 – Massachusetts Turnpike/Route I-90E
Follow the same directions as above from Route I-90E
Directions From the North: (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and the North Shore)
Heading southbound on Route 95S, take Exit 37 – I-93S
Follow I-93S to Exit 26 – Storrow Drive. Stay in the left lane and follow signs for “Storrow Drive”
Follow Storrow Drive to the Copley Square/Back Bay Exit (The 2nd left hand exit)
At the traffic light, turn right onto Beacon Street

Proceed through the 1st set of lights
At the 2nd set of lights, turn left over the highway and follow signs for Massachusetts Avenue
Turn right onto Massachusetts Avenue and continue through 8 sets of lights to Huntington Avenue
Turn right onto Huntington Avenue and continue through 2 sets of lights
The hotel will be immediately on your right hand side

Is there shopping nearby?
Yes! We are located next door to the Prudential Center Mall and Copley Place Mall and one block away from the Shops on Newbury Street.
How far are you from Fenway Park?
We are located .4 mi from Fenway Park and a short 3 minute walk. Additionally, during the season, pedicabs are available from the hotel to Fenway Park, Home of the Boston Red Sox. The pedicabs are tip only.

Do you offer coffee, tea and a fridge in the rooms?
Yes, all of our rooms are equipped with a KEURIG coffee/tea maker, along with a mini fridge with two bottles of complimentary water.
Does The Colonnade Hotel offer room service?
