BOSTON, MA - - Brasserie JO, Boston’s original French bistro, is giving everyone another reason to look forward to Happy Hour - the classic Tartes Flambees.
Brasserie JO is now giving customers enjoying cocktails free personal-size tartes flambees, or Alsace-style pizzas, from 5 to 7 p.m. daily. With a light, crisp crust and three savory and sophisticated flavors, a tarte flambee is the perfect accompaniment to your chilled glass of Sancerre.
Stop in after work for cocktails with a friend or two and sample all three styles of tarte flambees, including The Classic, with fromage blanc, bacon and onion; Tart Flambee Spinach with Gruyere cheese and garlic, and Tart Flambee Smoked Salmon with capers and chives.
Brasserie JO’s classic tartes flambees are just one of the many distinctive menu items that embrace the traditional and delicious cuisine found in bistros throughout France.
Brasserie JO is under the culinary direction of world-renowned Chef Jean Joho. The menu Chef Joho created for Brasserie JO reflects his roots in traditional and rustic French fare and includes some treasured family recipes.
