Featured Cocktails and Hors d'Oeuvres Pair Up for the Perfect Weekday Send-off
BOSTON, MA - - Brasserie JO, Boston’s original French bistro, is launching French Kiss Fridays starting this Friday, March 30, featuring perfect pairings of menu items and cocktails sure to seduce your palate.
Starting this Friday and running every Friday night from 5:00 p.m. to midnight throughout this spring, French Kiss Fridays are a wonderful way to experience French brasserie classics and cocktails at a reasonable price. Some featured menu items include a Charcuterie Plate which includes an assortment of three French cheeses, marinated olives and saucisson ($13.95); duck rillette served with warm tartines ($11.95); a chilled scallop brochette with micro-ratatouille and a celeriac remoulade ($12.95) and a Gruyere Gougere with foie gras mousse and truffle aioli ($11.95).
For cocktails, Brasserie JO’s French Cosmo with Grand Marnier and cranberry juice, the French 75 with Bombay Sapphire, lemon juice and champagne and the Nouveau, featuring Stoli Blueberi and fresh lime juice, will be offered for $11.00. Brasserie JO will also offer special champagne and wine flights to compliment the French Fridays menu.
Brasserie JO is the perfect place to celebrate spring and French Kiss Fridays. Bring a date or friend and let your palates be dazzled by the French delights that are created by Boston’s original brasserie. Brasserie JO’s classic tarte flambées, or Alsace-style pizzas, are also being offered to customers in a personal size for free from 5 p.m. to midnight daily… another reason to make sure you pucker up and don’t miss Le French Kiss!
Brasserie JO is under the culinary direction of world-renowned chef, and James Beard award nominee, Jean Joho. The menu Chef Joho created for Brasserie JO reflects his roots in traditional and rustic French fare and includes some treasured family recipes. Chef Joho is also the executive chef and owner of the acclaimed Everest and Brasserie JO in Chicago and the Eiffel Tower Restaurant in Las Vegas.
Brasserie JO is located at The Colonnade Hotel 120 Huntington Ave., Boston, MA.
