In response to COVID-19, the hotel has initiated a robust and industry leading cleaning protocol along with new safety standards that exceed local, state and CDC guidelines.  

Our top priority is hospitality. In light of the global pandemic, that hospitality means looking out for our guests and our employees in every sense. Our team will be warm and welcoming as ever, but that service will take place behind a mask, and from six feet away.  Our exceptional housekeeping staff will go above and beyond to ensure that guest rooms and common areas are pristine. All staff and guests will complete a non-invasive temperature check upon entering the hotel. Our check-in time has been delayed by one hour to allow for additional cleaning time between guests. “Safe Keys” will be provided to all guests at check-in to help with touchless door opening, elevator use, and more. Touchless sanitization stations will be located throughout the hotel. And the list goes on... (Full list of protocols and safety measures). 

UPDATE: Per the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, all visitors are required to quarantine for 14 days after entering the state unless they meet certain requirements, as well as complete and submit the Massachusetts Travel Form. Current exceptions to the quarantine include: 

Coming from a lower risk state

Upon request, produce proof of a negative test for COVID-19 from a test administered no longer than 72 hours prior to arrival in Massachusetts. 

Be tested for and receive a negative test for COVID-19 after entering MA.

Be traveling through the state expediently to another destination, including connecting to a flight.

Coming to Massachusetts for medical care.

Coming to Massachusetts to provide critical infrastructure services.

Personal Protection Equipment Required: All hotel employees are required to wear face masks and gloves where appropriate. Following the Commonwealth of MA guidelines, all guests are required to wear a face mask when in public spaces and while traveling throughout the hotel.

Sanitzer Stations: Touchless hand sanitizer stations have been placed throughout all public and employee areas of the hotel. 

In-Room Safety Kits: Each room will contain a sealed safety kit containing a face mask and a hand sanitzer bottle.  

Flexible Cancellation: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are providing our individual guests with addtional flexibility for all reservations arriving prior to September 30th. We will allow reservation changes or cancellation without a charge up until 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival. Please note that any changes to exisiting reservations will be subject to availabilty and rate difference. Note: All group reservations are subject to contracted cancellation policies.
