Experience Paris Fashion at the Annual Party To Celebrate the Unveiling of BEAUJOLAIS NOUVEAU at Brasserie JO!
WHO: Brasserie JO and the French Library Alliance Française of Boston invite you to celebrate the release of the 2006 vintage at Brasserie JO’s creative Paris Fashion Presentation. Brasserie JO will be transformed into a mini fashion runway featuring models wearing French couture labels from Neiman Marcus Boston. A festive ambiance will be highlighted by traditional caricature artists and a classic cigarette girl offering complimentary candy cigarettes and chocolate cigars.
Brasserie JO’s grand tasting will highlight the wines and food of the Beaujolais region and feature dishes that compliment Beaujolais Nouveau. The stroke of midnight will be greeted by the long awaited uncorking of the vintage and the drawing for a Trip for Two to Paris Las Vegas including dinner at Chef Jean Joho’s Eiffle Tower. (Entries will be accepted at the door on the night of the event.)
WHAT: Beaujolais Nouveau is the first wine of every vintage. Mandated by French law not to appear before midnight on the third Thursday of November.
