Brasserie JO to Celebrate the Tour de France
Daily specials will capture the flavors of the race route
BOSTON, MA - - Brasserie JO, Boston’s authentic French brasserie, will be embarking on celebration of the Tour de France from July 7 – 29, 2007 creating daily specials that reflect the culinary influences of the regions through which the Tour de France bikers will travel.
In addition to the daily specials, Brasserie JO will air the race on a 42-inch television screen and raffle off a TREK 1500 bicycle valued at $1,200 courtesy of WheelWorks (no purchase is necessary to enter).
“Brasserie JO epitomizes the spirit of France, so this celebrated race allows us to give guests a chance to experience the energy of the race and the flavors of France right here in Boston’s Bay Back,” said Olivier Rigaud, Brasserie JO’s Chef de Cuisine.
