BOSTON, MA - - Brasserie JO, Boston’s authentic French brasserie, is relaunching French Kiss Fridays on Friday, March 21 with a new bar menu, the perfect way to kiss the work week goodbye.
Guests can rest their work-weary elbows on Brasserie Jo’s new zinc bar top while savoring featured menu items such as French Buffalo wings, confit chicken drums served with Bleu d’Auvergne aïoli and sauce piquant ($6.00);the crispy Duck Rillette En Brik “Cigars” served with a Dijon aioli($6.00) and a Charcuterie Plate for two, with cured meats, French cheeses, marinated olives and Dijon mustard ($12.00).
The perfect accompaniment to the inventive bar menu, Brasserie JO’s French Cosmo with Grand Marnier and cranberry juice, the French 75 with Bombay Sapphire, lemon juice and champagne, and the Nouveau, featuring Stoli Blueberi and fresh lime juice, will all be offered for $11.00.
Brasserie JO’s classic mini tarte flambées, or Alsatian-style pizzas, are complimentary to customers from 5:00 p.m. to midnight daily.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Brasserie JO is under the culinary direction of award-winning chef Jean Joho. The menu Chef Joho created for Brasserie JO reflects his roots in traditional and rustic French fare and includes some treasured family recipes. Chef Joho is also the executive chef of the acclaimed Everest and Brasserie JO in Chicago and the Eiffel Tower Restaurant in Las Vegas.
