NICHOLAS CALIAS, CEC

As Executive Chef of Brasserie JO & The Colonnade Hotel, Nicholas Calias lends his culinary expertise at Chef Jean Joho's authentic French brasserie.

With 14 years of culinary experience, Calias is a seasoned chef in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining The Colonnade, Calias spent almost eight years as the Executive Chef at both the Westin Stamford Hotel and the Sheraton Ferncroft Hotel and Resort.

Nicholas holds a culinary degree from Newbury College and was recently awarded his CEC: Certified Executive Chef by meeting the criteria and passing a practical exam in front of his peers.
