The Colonnade Hotel has a total of 15 thoughtfully appointed function rooms of various sizes and styles. All are fully carpeted, sound proof and equipped with the latest technology such as high speed internet access to lend the highest degree of professionalism to your presentations.
Boardroom
The Boardroom is elegantly decorated in warm traditional colors and features floor to ceiling windows that overlook the Prudential Center and Copley area.
The boardroom contains 18 cherry wood executive chairs around a solid cherry board room table with a glass top with a lounge area at the end of the room. The room also contains a wet bar, coat closet and television hidden behind built in cabinets along the wall.
Boston Ballroom
Elegant yet functional, this beautiful ballroom with a built in stage and long flowing curtains is perfect for your next meeting or corporate event. The tastefully decorated ballroom offers privacy for your event with its side foyer complete with coat room and lavatories.
Colonnade East & West
Colonnade East With floor to ceiling windows that overlook the Prudential Center and Copley Square, this private function room offers natural light and captivating views. The room is also equipped with a built in TV/VCR behind French cabinets as well as a coat closet.
Colonnade West Adjacent and joined by a private door, Colonnade West has the same floor to ceiling windows that overlook the Prudential Center and Copley Square.
Braemore & Kenmore Rooms
These two new meeting rooms are elegantly appointed in finely milled Cherry wood, Axminster carpets from Ireland's most prestigious carpet manufacturer, and upholstered walls in a subtle European textiles. The rooms are comfortable for the corporate function, but are also equally suited to provide overflow space for large social functions

Huntington Grand Foyer
The Huntington Ballroom and Foyer, located on the lobby level, is one of Boston's newest and most luxurious spaces and accommodates up to 650 guests.
The newly created Huntington Ballroom & Foyer is reminiscent of those found in the Grand Dame Hotels of Europe. Complete with exquisite marble flooring, hand knotted custom designed area rugs, and vaulted ceilings finished with fanciful Trompe L'oeils, the ambiance and guest's expectation is access to the newly created Kenmore and Braemore meeting rooms, and Pre-function foyer to the Huntington Ballroom.
Huntington Ballroom
The Huntington Ballroom is elegantly appointed in finely milled Cherry wood, Axminster carpets from Ireland's most prestigious carpet manufacturer, and upholstered walls in subtle European textiles. Upon entering the Ballroom, the rise in ceiling height helps to establish the Grand Ballroom as a true event. The walls are carefully detailed with beautiful molding, and upholstered silk walls. Here to, the beauty of the custom designed chandeliers, with hand-made crystals, silk wall coverings and soft earth tones are certain to create a special environment for any special occasion.

As functional as it is luxurious, the Huntington Ballroom is equipped with the latest in technology. The space is outfitted with high speed wireless and wired Internet, hidden 9'x12' and 6'x10' automatic projection screens and Liquid Crystal Display projectors that drop from the ceiling and conveniently placed electrical and audio visual outlets hidden in the floor and along the bottom of each side of the room.
Roof Top Pool Boston
Boston's only Roof Top Pool, nicknamed RTP, is an exquisite spot for dining al fresco, with captivating views of the Boston cityscape. Sunset cocktails, summer outings and seasonal events are all popular uses for this one-of-a-kind spot. The Roof Top Pool is perfect for receptions up to 150 ppl.

Salon Prive I and II
Salon Privé, the private dining room in Brasserie Jo, is an elegant choice for your next social gathering or business dinner. Appointed in the same rich cherry wood and marble as the main dining room, the walls are decorated with vintage French posters, giving it an unusually exuberant air without the stuffiness of an ordinary banquet space.
Salon Privé is perfect for small or large occasions; the room can easily be configured to suit your particular needs - accommodating a meeting for up to sixty, to a sit-down dinner for eighty or a reception for one hundred. Audio Visual and sound equipment are readily available to meet your needs with the latest technological services.
The cuisine and wines mirror the traditional, French menu of the main dining room. However, we would be happy to customize a special menu to suit your particular needs or tastes.
